Accessibility Statement

Our accessibility commitments under the EU Accessibility Act 2019/882, US ADA Title III and WCAG 2.2 Level AA.

Last updated: 2026-05-29 · Version: 1.0

1. Scope

Synaltix LLC operates the synaltix.io marketing site and a portfolio of customer-facing products (thmenu.com is the live flagship). This statement applies to the synaltix.io domain and sets the baseline that all customer-facing products inherit.

2. Applicable standards

  • EU — Accessibility Act 2019/882 (in force from 28 June 2025). The substantive requirements in Annex I apply to e-commerce, banking and certain other digital services delivered to EU consumers.
  • UK — Equality Act 2010 §29, the Public Sector Bodies Accessibility Regulations 2018 for in-scope content, and the Online Safety Act 2023 design-related obligations.
  • USA — Americans with Disabilities Act Title III; Section 508 where federal procurement applies; California Civ. Code §54-55.32 and the Unruh Civil Rights Act.
  • Türkiye — 6518 sayılı Kanun ve Erişilebilirlik Standartları, Engelliler Hakkında Kanun (5378) m. 7, ve Kamu Hizmetlerinde Erişilebilirlik Standartları.
  • Technical baseline — WCAG 2.2 Level AA (W3C Recommendation, October 2023) and the Authoring Tool Accessibility Guidelines (ATAG) 2.0 where we build tooling for content authors.

3. Conformance status

synaltix.io was designed to conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA. The following user-facing properties are tested and considered conformant at the date above:

  • Colour-contrast minimum 4.5:1 for body text and 3:1 for large text and active UI elements.
  • Full keyboard navigation including a visible focus ring.
  • Skip-link to the main content from the top of every page.
  • Semantic landmarks (header, nav, main, footer) and accessible names for every interactive element.
  • Respect for the prefers-reduced-motion media query — decorative animations are disabled when the user has requested reduced motion.
  • Form fields have programmatic labels; error messages are announced via aria-describedby and live regions where appropriate.
  • Localisation in English and Turkish with lang attributes; hreflang alternates provided to search engines.

4. Known limitations

We do not currently provide:

  • High-contrast theme — the site uses a single dark theme. We plan to add a light theme during Q3 2026.
  • Sign-language video summaries of the marketing copy.

These limitations do not block any feature of the site; they are tracked for upcoming releases.

5. Feedback and contact

If you encounter a barrier, please contact accessibility@synaltix.io. We respond within five business days and aim to remediate material issues within 30 days. In the EU, you may also escalate to your national enforcement authority designated under the EU Accessibility Act.

6. Periodic review

This statement is reviewed at least once every twelve months and immediately after any substantial change to the site.
