1. Who we are

synaltix.io is operated by Synaltix LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company. Full identification details appear in the Imprint.

2. What this site is

synaltix.io is a corporate marketing site that describes services offered by Synaltix LLC and links to projects we operate separately (for example, thmenu.com). The provision of those operational services is governed by separate terms specific to each product; nothing on this site creates a binding service relationship by itself.

3. Permitted use

You may access and read the site for lawful personal and professional purposes. You may not:

• scrape, crawl or reproduce the site beyond fair-use levels;
• attempt to bypass any access controls or rate limiting;
• send unsolicited commercial messages through the contact form;
• impersonate another person or entity;
• upload content that infringes third-party rights or breaches applicable law.

4. Intellectual property

All text, design, code, brand marks ("Synaltix", the Synaltix logo) and accompanying materials on the site are owned by or licensed to Synaltix LLC and are protected by Turkish, US and international intellectual-property laws. No licence is granted except as set out in these Terms.

5. Third-party links

Outbound links (e.g. to thmenu.com, GitHub, social profiles) are provided for convenience. Synaltix LLC does not control those sites and accepts no liability for their content.

6. Disclaimer of warranties (commercial users)

For commercial / B2B visitors only, the site is provided "as is". Statutory consumer rights under the law of your country of habitual residence are not affected. Where mandatory consumer protections apply (TR 6502 sayılı TKHK md. 5, AB Direktif 93/13/EEC, UK Consumer Rights Act 2015), nothing in these Terms limits or excludes those rights.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and subject to §6, Synaltix LLC's aggregate liability arising out of access to or use of this site is limited to US$100. Nothing limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury where local law forbids exclusion.

8. Forum and governing law

For commercial / B2B disputes: New Mexico law governs and the state or federal courts in Albuquerque, NM have exclusive jurisdiction; alternatively, AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules binding arbitration.

For consumer-status visitors in the EU, EEA, UK and Türkiye, the mandatory consumer protections of your country of habitual residence apply, including the right to bring claims in your local courts (Brussels Ia Reg. 1215/2012 Art. 17–19; Rome I Reg. 593/2008 Art. 6; TR TKHK md. 73).

9. Online dispute resolution (EU consumers)

EU residents may use the European Commission ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

10. Changes to these Terms

Material changes are announced at least 30 days in advance via an on-site notice. Continued use after the effective date implies acceptance for browsing purposes only; any service relationship you have with Synaltix LLC is governed by its own terms.
